Mexican Buckeye

Mexican Buckeye Ungnadia speciosa

Grows in full sun to dappled shade, deciduous. Mature size 8’x12′. Blooms in early spring in shades of purple and pink followed by large seed pods. Freely re-seeds. Low water requirement. Can be found in the wild in Parker County.  3-2015
