Coneflower “Purple”

Conflower, “Purple” Echinacea augustifolia

Grows in sun to partial shade, deciduous. Mature size 24″x12″. Blooms May to September in yellow, gold, lavender, lime green, orange, pink, purple, red, salmon, and white. Prefers rocky, sandy soil. May re-seed. Cut to the ground in winter. Deer resistant. Purple is the hardiest color with a low water requirement. Other colors may require more water. 3-2015
